Dr. B’s Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup of Cashew or Coconut milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • dash of sea salt
  • 1 heavy scoop of SP Whey Pro
  • unsweetened coconut flakes
  • flax seeds
  • frozen blueberries & pomegranate seeds
  • stevia or monk fruit to taste

Instructions

  • Stir it up let the chia seeds absorb the milk, and a little love and you have the perfect breakfast! Serve hot or cold!
