Ingredients
- ½ cup coconut milk, unsweetened or any nut milk
- ½ cup water (add more water if you like a thinner shake)
- 4 scoops of SP Veggie Pro Vanilla
- 1 tsp. hemp hearts
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. flax seeds
- ½ cup frozen organic mango
- ½ small frozen banana
- Handful of frozen kale (I freeze my kale when I can’t eat it before it goes bad)
Instructions
- I put all the ingredients into the blender in the above listed order (I use a Nutribullet) and blend till smooth. Enjoy!!
