Green Goddess!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut milk, unsweetened or any nut milk
  • ½ cup water (add more water if you like a thinner shake)
  • 4 scoops of SP Veggie Pro Vanilla
  • 1 tsp. hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. flax seeds
  • ½ cup frozen organic mango
  • ½ small frozen banana
  • Handful of frozen kale (I freeze my kale when I can’t eat it before it goes bad)

Instructions

  • I put all the ingredients into the blender in the above listed order (I use a Nutribullet) and blend till smooth. Enjoy!!
